Citius, altius, fortius! Entretaining team spirit competitive programme
Antique Olympic Games that stood at the origin of modern Olympics used to take place every 4 years from the 8th century BC. Even though it may seem funny for us, they underwent similar development like our „modern“ games. From pure amateurism to professionalism and even scams and bribes.
We will, however, return to the games in their best sense. The participants will be divided in several competing groups, each one representing one of the city-states of old Greece – e.g. Sparta, Corinth, Athens, Thebes, Syracuse, etc. They will be competing in several disciplines that will put to a test their bodies, but also their spirits! Of course you can look forward to the Olympic flame, olive wreaths or evening programme – antique feast!
