A day long indoor creative programme

This is a very efficient creative team building programme that fosters team cooperation, focuses on the division of the roles within the team and, most of all, has “a tangible outcome”

The whole team is subdivided into several smaller working groups. Each group is in charge of a short movie sequence – all sequences together make the whole film. Therefore groups had to cooperate with each other in order to assure the continuity with preceding and subsequent sequences.

In the first stage of the program the participants are divided according to their specialization: There is a group of directors that is working on the script and general idea of the movie, a group of cameramen who receives detailed instructions how to work with the cameras, a group of producers striving for the continuity of the movie and a group of scene-shifters who are working on the decorations.

After that, in the second stage, all crew joins together again and starts working on their sequences. Each sequence is approximately 10 – 25 seconds long, the whole movie can take about 3 minutes.

After the work is done, a PC post-production of the movie takes place, so that at the end of the day we could have an “opening night” in a Hollywood style.
