Event administration

Case study: International Product Launch

Few years ago we were contacted by an important multinational pharmaceutical company that was planning a new product launch in Prague. Inspira was in charge of arranging accommodation, the congress venue, the guest program and related travel services for all 70 participants from all over the Europe.

We proposed a variety of possible hotels to accommodate the event. In the end the client stayed at the Eurostars Thalia hotel located comfortably close to the city centre. The two-day event consisted of two scientific meetings and parallel spouse program, and joint social evening in a luxury restaurant in the city centre.
A day before the event we met the company representatives to make the final supervision of the program and site inspection of the restaurants.

 

DAY 1

12:00 Guests arriving at Prague, transfer to Eurostars Thalia hotel, check in
Buffet lunch at hotel
Opening of the meeting
AFTERNOON Scientific meeting – part I
Spouse program: Historical tram ride – tour through city centre, visit of Prague Castle, changing of the guards, Petřín Hill Observation Tower, Kampa Museum – Museum of modern arts
19:00 Evening guided walk of all participants through historical centre of Prague
20:30 Gala dinner at Hergetova cihelna restaurant

DAY 2

MORNING Scientific meeting – part II
Spouse program: Free time for shopping – with local assistant – Palladium, Wenceslas square – or morning at leisure – program suggestions: Jewish Town, Prague in movies, Vyšehrad Castle
12:00 Lunch at hotel, check-out
13:00 Magical Prague – a treasure hunt game with sightseeing through the most interesting places in the historical centre of Prague, organized for all participants
15:00 Transfer to the airport – departure
