Use our experience and knowledge to find the right venue and accommodation for your conference or event. From luxurious chateaus to low-cost „outdoor“ conferences in the country, fromspecialized congress centres to unusual former industrial object.

ADMINISTRATION
Keeping together the loads of administrative details is a big burden that we will carry for you. Running the registration, inviting everyone in time, checking any changes and updates, arranging the insurance, printing the full itinerary and distributing the meeting materials is only a part of our business.

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT LAUNCH

In 2009 we were contacted by an important multinational pharmaceutical company that was planning a new product launch in Prague. Inspira was in charge of arranging accommodation, the congress venue, the guest program and related travel services for all 70 participants from all over the Europe.

We proposed a variety of possible hotels to accommodate the event. In the end the client stayed at the Eurostars Thalia hotel located comfortably close to the city centre. The two-day event consisted of two scientific meetings and parallel spouse program, and joint social evening in a luxury restaurant in the city centre.
