Petr:
“I love the countryside of the Bohemian Paradise – its varied landscape, jagged rocks, castles and folk architecture of timbered houses. I prefer discovering the region on bike, with climbing boots, or with orienteering map!”

“My heart region is Southern Bohemia – a magic landscape combining woods, meadows, ponds and forests… ideally explored on bicycle. Passing by the picturesque rustic farmhouses makes you want to buy those and settle down there.”

“Southern Moravia is a region boasting not only superb wine, but also a lovely countryside. However, I strongly recommend visiting the town of Hustopece and its unique almond tree plantation, the northernmost one in Europe. It is most beautiful during spring time, but its product – almond liquor – tastes well all year round.”

Katerina Helikarova

project specialist

Kateřina Helikarová

“Orlicke mountains – wild, beautiful and somehow god-forsaken region bordering Poland. It is well worth summiting on top of Velka Destna mountain and admire the great views to surrounding mountain ranges of Krkonose Mountains, Kralicky Sneznik, Góry Sowie and Czech and Polish foothills.”

team members - Lukas

project specialist

Lukas Šulc

“Immanuel Kant once said: “Two things fill the mind with ever-increasing wonder and awe: the starry heavens above me and the moral law within me.”
There are two places in the world where these come to live – the wide ocean and Jizerka settlement in the north of the country. There is no other place in the Czech Republic where you will see more beautiful starry sky!”
